Default 2017 Ultra Limited Low Upgrade

I upgraded my 2010 Ultra a few years ago with a RF Amp PBR300x2 and Polk Audio MM651's in the fairing. Absolutely loved it (thx UltraNutZ!)

About to get a new bike...was wondering if that same set up will sound just as good with the new HU or if something better is out there. I see Polk's new speakers are MM652's now.

I'm going to also add a second amp/speakers (RF300x2/Polk MM522) for the tourpak.

Thx much for the help.

Karen.

The New Polks are good to go. They would sound much better with the Cerwin Vega B52 amp. I'd sell the Rockford amp and go with two Cerwin Vega's. Much better sound!! You're also going to need the BT line leveler with the new bike and a set of stinger RCA's.

+1 on this.... I had both the RF and the CV and there is no doubt.

I also have the 651s in the rear pods & they put out more bass than my BT 7.1s in the fairing.

Speakers will fit no problem. What amp do you plan on using?

Haven't picked out an amp yet. Not looking to have a competition setup, just something loud and clear at 80 mph.
any suggestions?
