DD Power Band

I guess Alex would be the best person to answer this, but anyone knows how to read the Power Band specs on DD speakers?
For example when you look at the VO-M6x9 the Power Band is 60-300. Is the 300 the RMS or the peak value?
the same for the VO-B3. The Power Band is 50 -100. Is the 100 the RMS or peak value?

125 to the VO6x9
25-30 to the B3s

6x9s could take quite a bit more, horns are faded out even at 30W and turning them up FOR ME would result in an unpleasurable sound.
