I did a little playing with mine and the BT Titan 2s and ended up with 1 thin layer of polyfill sheet. Was a night in the shop with a few beers and if the difference was noticeable or not is still questionable.

Pete has the inside of his pods dynamatted, I have nothing but I have water cooled lowers so they aren't exactly the same pod as y'all are using and it's not air tight sealed.
It would probably depend on the speaker, some need more air then others! I always thought a sealed enclosure would help control the cone and act as a spring (back pressure) to make cone pop like sealed enclosures with subs! But with the pods in the fairings guys were drilling holes and removing them completely ect. Maybe call manufacturer of speaker and ask them if you don't get a answer here! I would Dnyamat them, I'm going to, can't hurt!! I want to add... my Titan II's really pop in the small sealed enclosure (I'm sure its not completely sealed) speaker pod so it works for some to be sealed! I did add polyfil, one thin sheet!
