Amp size questions & speaker grill

I have a Massive Audio NX4 in the garage Will it fit in a Rushmore Batwing? Specs are 10 (in) x 5.5 (in) x 2.1 (in)

Also, anyone know where I can get some of the replacement speaker grills on the cheap? Used is perfectly fine. I think I'll need them to clear the tweeters.

With a J&M amp tray it should otherwise you have to cut/bend the stock tray for it to work.
