Yes, i started with AWs and B3 horns (i was able to male it work with A LOT of eq'ing on the DSP, but with the horns in parallel it just didnt work for me) and now run the MMats amd B3 horns. It is clean, clear, amd loud. The MMats are crossed around 110-120 (I'll have to check my settings again), they do not handle the lows like the AWs, but they still have a warmth and a good punch to em. I have not tried the Audiopipe horns though. With a Rushmore Alex reccomended the B3 horns due to the fit in the fairing.
Gotcha. I was curious if they were that much better.
Im pretty stunned with this setup. I haven't even put the outer back on yet and it sounds fantastic. Its clear and LOUD. i didnt think the 1000d could be this clear. Thanks to Gan and Alex for their endless research. I may go to bike night tonight. lol
I'm trying to tell folks, these speakers are fantastic and the MMats amps are on point too. The audiopipe horns are really good for budget horns. Those speakers paired with DD B3horns sounds even more incredible!! Glad you liked them CS.
Alex, for your statement above I'm assuming the VO-B3 are supperior to the Audiopipe horns, correct?

Are they still in parallel or the horns are on their own channel?

That SS 1000D is the most underestimated amp on the planet. Produces great sound with the right speakers.
