If you haven't already done so, disconnect the antenna connections, inspect them and reconnect. It may just be a dirty or loose connection.

I'm with Bert and Haze. I'm betting something came unplugged or slightly disconnected. While you're in there just unplug the power from the 4180 and see if anything changes but I have never had a 4180 cause FM interference.
