While taking a small assembly break, I can tell you guys a few things as I have had these for quite a while and also who makes them, and what the fitment is like. They are made by pro tech covers. https://www.skn-it.com/collections/s...ver-saddlebags
These are the same as cycle sounds covers. Or I should say was. On a 6x9 lid they will work but expect a LOT of excess play. Will need to tuck cover inside lid or it will come off. These fit best on 8" type lids personally. Novistretch was supposed to be getting a waterproof addition to their covers, otherwise using the same treatment we use on grill cloth used on novistretch covers is my advice for 6x9 lids. You can also call (515) 441-0727 if you want the pre treated covers mentioned in the link.

I can't seem to track this Robb Boggs guy down on here to PM him and order a set of lid covers. Anybody have a way to contact him on the forum here?

What is ur impression that these lid cover are used for? 90% of them are for stationary ops so if u think ur gonna use them screaming down the highway, make sure u research the hell out of the ones that claim they work for that.

Lol...nah, T. I'm pretty convinced they are only for stationary emergency use. Thats all I want them for.

Cool brotha!!! Just did not want u to head down that other road man as it's for the most part a dry well.

There are some really cool half covers for the entire sled that fold up and fit into a sandwich bad so take ur time and get the most bang for your buck.

Guys these are the same lid covers as cycle sounds had. EXACTLY. I gave good detail about the functionality of them. Have a set in my bags. You can buy them directly from the place I put the link to. No pic but same cover. They will work with a stock shaped lid but a lot of excess. When I had my 6x9 lids, I chose to waterproof my novistretch covers instead. Now for a 8" lid or even a 7.7, these are great. Just need to tuck inside the lip to be sure they stay put. Reread my post earlier in the thread.
