If you're using 4 speakers I'd say the Moto 600.4 at 150W @ 2 or 4 ohm, if you're bridging to 2 speakers the 4v2 is cheaper (both are 300Wx2). I have only ran the 4v2 briefly, but no experience with rhe Moto 600.4

I'm sure you'll get a few more respones with people whonhave ran both.

I agree, no matter how you slice and dice it, the arc is a better amp.
The diamond is a good amp but if the choice was there I'd pick the arc 100% of the time.

As far as a 4 channel amp goes, it's the Arc hands down...
however I run both, just in different configurations.

agree on the 4 channel aspect. Bridged sound for sound it's close and there's use for the micro4 bridged absolutely. That's strictly based on sound comparison...as an amp the arc also has an internal fan, treated board, distortion protection, etc.

Not to hijack, but where does Rockford Fosgate TM400x4ad fit on the ranking chart? Does it come close to the Ark?

as a 4 channel, it's a little short. I love the sound from the TM but it's at most about 130x4 and that's even pushing it.

I went from a TM400x4 to a 600.4 and then back to a TM400x4 as I hated the 600.4. Just not the amp for me.

Having said that, I now run 2 TM400x2's and there in my mind (and ears) is no question they are better for me.

If you run some PA or other high db speakers, a TM400x4 might work for you very well but if you're pushing to some 602's or the like, it's not enough.

Hey Bunk,

What was it about the 600.4 you didn't like? Its the only amp I've ever considered using instead of the 4180 just because it has dials.

I can tell you this. It's not as warm sounding. It's louder IMO than the hertz hdp4 but the hertz is warmer. However, with the right speakers, the Arc is the only way to fly...
