Ok I wanna install some J&M's in my lowers. This is the first idea that looks plausible. I need a parts list for the shell please. Could you PM that??

Mike
If you go to the very beginning of this thread, cpbedor out lines how to do this mod. I basically did the exact thing he did except I used HogWorks lower speaker pods instead of the HD pods pretty the same but cost less than half. I did the inside vent duct cut the same. But I plastic welded pieces inside.
Thanks to cpbedor post I was able to pull this off for myself. I’ll attach a picture of the vent duct with the plastic piece welded in.

Looks great Im so jealous. I want to do this but I’m still confused does the water bottle have to moved? Also are the lowers completely replaced with non wet head lowers? Or are you using just the fronts. I have not taken mine apart so I’m not really sure what I’m looking at when you cut for the vents.

Steve
If you want them to look like they came from the factory that way, you have do do the mods. Other than that they get kinda chunky looking and real thick. And clearance to the air cleaner becomes an issue from what I can see. But I’m not an expert.
