It won't fit unless you get the soundzcustomz fairing mount, about $200
You might be able to fit it on top of the headlight if you trim the tabs. I'm not sure though as the specs say 9.020"(L) x 6.268"(W) x 2.162(H). I know a PN4.1000D fits as I mocked up a block of wood the same size (4.75”w x 1.5” x 10.25”), the width is the only issue. It will be really tight fit if it does fit.
