Default BOOM! Stage II connecting issue

Hi guys. I've installed BOOM! Stage II on my Street Glide Special, all good except 1 issue that I ran in to, maybe someone here with experience can help me out with it...
So I installed stage II fairing speakers with fairing amp and stage II saddlebag lids speakers with their separate amp. All instructions were clear except one little "huge" detail. Per instructions from the fairing speakers (bulet point 10 of installation instructions) - I connected the "Y" harness (tweeters) four-way connector [313] to the front amp harness rear speaker output four-way connector [313] (make sense 313 to 313 - right?). BUT! Per the instructions from the fairing amp (bulet point 4. of installation table 1) A: Connect to 69200489 jumper (for covers or R. Pods) or fairing lower harness 69200612 AKA the harness from the rear amp and speakers... which also kind of makes sense because it says that [313] is rear speakers output...
NOW, THE QUESTION IS: If I connect the rear jumper harness to front amp harness [313] then where should I connect the "Y" connector 313 from the front speakers/tweeters???
I'm really puzzled here, I tried to look up on web, but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
