Default Wanting 6x9 speakers for lids

Need a recommendation for 6x9 speakers for the rear. I currently have 6x9's in fairing running the Infinity Kappa 693.11I, the SSpn1000 amp, and a Sony MexM70BT for HU.
These were all recommended by Gann last winter and now I want to go ahead and add rear speakers to bags...Thanks guys

The Pioneer TS-6900 Pro have been very popular lately. Loud, good sound, good bass without breaking the bank.

What about being water proof/resistent?? Being that the speakers will be laying flat, are there any that will hold up to rain just in case I get caught?

Pickup some grill cloth from amazon and treat it with Kiwi Camp Dry which can be found at Walmart or on amazon. Wrap the Pioneer Pros with the treated cloth when installing them. I protect all my speakers with grill cloth.
