Default Pioneer HU

Was at the local shop picking up an item for the car and came across a pioneer head unit for what seams was a good price.its the MVH-X390BT. I'm starting to put pieces together for a budget build. I'm wishing I didn't make a mistake with this unit. Had all things I think I need plus I liked the small form factor. It will be hooked into a sound stream amp and some Hertz or Focal speakers.what are the opinions on the unit ?

That unit is 2 volt on the outputs
I will be running the X560BT.
I have a amp tray that will allow a second amp under with this shorter deck
I think as long as you have a strong amp the 2 volts should be an issue. Maybe get the chnnels down to a 2 ohm load.

I have yet to start my build, my backup will be a Kenwood 996 I have laying around.
I have the Pioneer in 2 vehicles, I feel it plays Bluetooth streaming better then the kenwood 996 I have. But thats just my experience

So I may have made a mistake in buying this one is what you are saying ? If not with a sound stream amp say the pn4 1000d will all be ok ?

You had me worried. Up here in Canada things are quite expensive. So those more recommended HU's like the Sony or Kenwood ones would have made for a more expensive build. Sure there better . Before my next purchase I will post it up for a "yes " or " no". This one was a spur of the moment one as I thought for the price it had all the features I needed.. Thanks again Mak.
