I am wondering if it will work to run the Soundstream PN 4. 1000 amp with the stock CB in the stock location? Thank you for your help

I tried it and on my 2014 SG it won't (using the J&M amp mount). I never got around to trying to relocate it either, I have the Biketronics speaker brackets, but believe that it may fit next to the speaker.

No it will not. You'll need to move the CB under the HU.

Just to be clear, the amp fits on the tray like it was meant to be, but the CB obviously needs to be relocated? The BT pod eliminator brackets are the best solution for such relocation.

Am I picking up what ur laying down?

Thanks!!!!

Never say never.
The Soundstream PN 4 1000d DOES fit on the stock amp bracket along with the CB module in the original location.
I am using that amp on a stock with a slightly modified bracket.
I did a write up on it last spring with a what were and how to modify. Just do a search.

Yes sir! The amp fits great on the J&M tray. I did look at relocating the CB and believe it may fit with the BT brackets, but can't say 100% that it will, I only held it up by hand and didn't mount it, nor did I put the fairing back on. However SBates08 says it will fit under the HU as well.

I was referring to a Pre Rushmore bike which is what I believe the OP BrysZ has.

Lack of info on the OP not giving the year and model.
That will get some conflicting answers
