That looks like our amp mount for 13 down Batwing Fairings with an aftermarket radio. It was originally designed to double mount a diamond micro 4v2 under the hood.

Yup Jonathan is correct. It is their mount. My bike is a 2008 ultra classic.

 

How much is the amp mount? Where can i get one. Can you mount 2 diamond 4v2 amp under the 2013 and early bat wing.

 

Yes sir you can. The mount is made to work with 13 down Batwing models using a single din aftermarket radio. It will not work.with stock or aquatic headunits. They are 49 dollars and you can obtain one by calling the shop 254 771 0009. They were originally designed to mount 2 Diamond micro 4v2 amps. However several guys here have found a few other combinations that work as well.
