That is just the point Gan we have tried to make this right. Even though the customer was sold exactly what he asked for, we are still willing to credit him towards a different product of his choosing but he still said no. Not to mention we are still talking directly to him right now to work this out and yet he still is in here bad mouthing us. There is only so much we can do.

If it's Evansville Indiana it's about a 2 hour ride from me and I'd be happy to help the op achieve the sound he's looking for. Sounds like he has great components. I think it's just a matter of dialing it all in. I have a daughter and granddaughter in that city and I'd be happy to ride down if it is in fact Indiana. If you're reading this post rider let me know. The guys I trust have said nothing but good things about badAzz bikes and the guys who work there. Not fair to judge the set-up if they didn't install it.

It was very distorted at upper volume and just didn't have any umpf. After I was told to take it to a professional cause I did something wrong that's when I got educated on pre amp V. The aquatic gen 1 only has 2 and the video I was watching was that Sony with 5V. I was at Dr Dashboard and they told me the only way to improve the quality was to get a different H/U. Yes they (BAB) offered to swap me out. Send my AV back + $ 85. After all the problems I had with them I just did business right where I was. They said if the Kenwood doesn't suit me they'd trade me out with whatever I wanted. Kenwood KDC-X 500 is in and I'm happy with what I currently have. I offered to send the AV 1 back for $250 and Cameron said he didn't really need it. So at the moment I'm stuck with it.
