Charlotte Area-Looking For Reputable Place To Do a Speaker/Amp Install

I left a message for Chris, he didn't respond. We'll see what he says. I did find a place online that will sell me an Arc Moto MPAK 12 for a kick A$$ deal, so it's tempting, but that probably means I would have to do the install for sure and no Warranty.
How long does it take to do the install? 4 hrs I suspect?
Is there anything I need outside of whats included with the MPAK 12?
Flash the head unit?
Install BT LL?
Any cross over and/or gain settings I need to be aware of?
I'll try to find an advisor from Arc that can answer questions. Thanks for the suggestions and input from everyone on the forum.

For just the fronts, I imagine 4 would be close. You won't be down quite as far as I was, (the only painted things on the bike were the fenders, and they were covered up with towels.) To take the fairing offis two sizes of Torx bits, a Phillips and a hex driver. (I can get the exact sizes tomorrow, (My garage is 200 ft from my house lol) if you wanted to check to see if you have those tools in your box) That's it for outer removal. Speaker pods are another bunch of Torx bits, What does their kit consist of? Because our amps mount under the radio, behind the head light, and you need a shelf for it,, Mpak, is that a Moto Amp and Arc moto speakers? I have the 602's, I like them plenty well.
You will need to buy one BT LL, no flash needed I don't think, since the bike is already set up for 2 speakers in the front. I needed the flash with LL to enable rear outputs from the HU,
Here is where it goes, and don't let my comments scare you, I actually got no instructions telling me where it goes, and did this over labor day weekend, so I couldn't call anyone at BT... I also believe I was one of the first ones to do a Rushmore RG,,,, I think 4 hrs may be a stretch, but easily a day, or two with our tutelage would be reasonable.

I should have the tools, they're just not often used. The MPAK 12 kit comes with:
Moto 600.4 Amp
Moto 602 Speakers
HD Main Harness
HD Upgraded Power Harness
2015+ Roadglide Speaker Adapter Harness
2015+ Roadglide Installation Kit
It's supposed to be a plug and play kit.
I still don't want to do this, but for $600 bucks or so, it's hard not to.

Just be aware you going to have to choose between a dealer flash or the BT Line Levelers. Gains will also have to be set and crossover if you choose.

Regardless its a pretty good discount.

As BK mentioned, all u have to do with that kit is decide if u want to try a HD Head unit flash or purchase a Biketronics BT355 Line Leveler. For simplicity sake, I would order the front line leveler from BT, as it just plugs right in and u won't need to jack w the HD MOCO. Make sure u mention the forum discount and military discount if that applies to you as well.
We have ur back brotha!! Dive on into the deep end!!!

Chris has not been real quick in responding, but we did speak briefly and he was going to work up a proposal based on my expectations. I thought it would hit my inbox this morning, but nothing yet. I have no idea what he will propose, but am curious because installing something different is appealing to me.
Additionally, I spoke with Absolute Custom Cycles and the owner is working me up a quote to install a pair of Hertz Mille 6.5 and Diamond amp. Don't have details yet, should have by tomorrow.
