Need help with my set up please
Hey guys, I'm a long time car audio guy but first time Harley audio guy lol.
Here is my setup and I will follow with my questions:
2003 ultra classic
Stock head unit
Infinity Kappa 62.11's (2 ohm) in fairing
Infinity Kappa 62.11's (2 ohm) in lowers
Soundstream st4.1000d
Line output converter
Tourpak deleted
So, in theory, I have 4 speakers and 4 channels. 125 watts per speaker at my disposal. I put on the line output converter and it only has one set of RCA OUTs. The amplifier has 2 sets of RCA INs (1 for fronts and 1 for rear) So as of now, I can't have all the channels playing because of the one set of RCAs. My question is, is there a good line output converter with 2 sets of RCA outs? Should I run 2 LOC's? Should I rewire all 4 speakers, bridge the amp and run them in 4 ohms?
Also, the power, ground and remote wires aren't the typical terminal block type, the have small gauge wire that comes off of a quick disconnect clip. The power wire is 2 separate 12ish gauge wires. I have an 8 gauge wiring kit, am I just supposed to wire the power wires together with the 8 gauge power wire?
The reason I went with this setup is because it looked like EVERYONE has pretty much had experience with these speakers and/or amplifier so they must be decent.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

wrong amp PN4.1000D is what everyone gets.
In either case, you'll want another LOC and they do make 4 channel LOC's http://www.sonicelectronix.com/cat_f...onverters.html

Awesome. Thanks guys. I'm just wiring this setup up for a friend. He got the amp on eBay for cheap. I'll end up getting a SS PN or the CV B52 when I do my 2006 Electra classic.
But I'll just order him a new LOC 4 channel. But still, what's up with the power wires on this amp? Struck me as weird that it didn't have terminal blocks.

Chris first of all you answered your own question. Secondly the amp doesn't even come close to doing what it's rated for. And 3rd, we know your friend is really you. You came here for help. It's up to you whether you take the advice or not.

I came here for advice because I'm the one putting it in for him and I had some questions specific to these products and I'm the once that told him the system would work together (fitment and ohms wise)

As my friends Bates and Tailwind stated. Not the best amp. However, You can get away with using that amp because you are operating with 2 ohm speakers. The amp is rated 125 X 4 @ 2 ohms. Won't sound nearly as good as the SS PN4.1000D but it will be an improvement over stock. For comparison sake the PN4.1000D is throwing 250 watts to those infinity's vs. 125w (Maybe) from the ST4. The infinity speakers are way underrated and the weak ST4 won't push em to their potential.
