It is a shelving filter. It cuts all freq above the set point. I have played with it but just eq it all out and leave it off. I found the lower freq had better results, 4k or so. It doesn't isolate only tweeter unless active. Using passive networks it will cut all signal above the set point by the selected db and frequency. Help take some brightness out, without having to eq all the bands.

Ok gotcha. I'm going to mess around with it tomorrow.
