Kenwood 998 installed in RGS using BT kit

These setting should be a good place to start. You can try adjusting the EQ Bands some to your liking and music type.
The setting below can also be adjusting some. I wouldn't go down on the front speaker FC thou.
The BT 6.5 speakers tend to be a bit bright you could try lowering the upper EQ bands 11 - 12 - 13.
When your done post a video if you can.

As you already know the Kenwood 998x is an excellent HU. Not some much if you just take it out of the box, install it and ride off. Happy to share so others can enjoy it as much as I do.

You can do some fine tuning in the areas suggested to nemick in post #11. The only way to know is to listen to it. If you make a video and post the link here that may help us make suggestions.

Bert maybe Slye can comment.....you have bands 12 and 13 raised to 3, but then have the tweeter volume is -3. Since most HU don't have that tweeter option and honestly I'm not exactly sure how it works with the 998 and coaxial speakers?? I should read the manual . I could see how it's useful running an active set up...but why not just EQ the higher freqs to reduce any "brightness".
