No sound from speakers after tourpak install
2015 SGS with stock front speakers, stock everything as far as teh system goes before adding the tourpak with speakers.
I bought the color matched tour-pak and speaker pods along with the upgraded speakers for the rear. The speakers are the boom ones with tweeter under the grill. The stall is very straight forward with the cable supplied by the dealer. The spade connectors can only be plugged it one way because the factory cable has a pos/neg and one is too small to fit onto the wrong terminal on the speaker so I know that is correct. The cable I was sent has 4 pins y harness that plugs into a longer cable I ran up to the fairing and plugged into the only plug that would work, which was sitting on the stereo. The service manual refers to this plug at P&A, nothing else.
One of the other cables sitting on the radio is used for a CB which my 2015 SGS doesnt have but I cant find any reference to the other plug in my HD service manual.
Anyhow; am I missing something? Everything I have read says I should get sound but no fader control until I ride to the dealer.
Thanks for any help

You could always try a system reset to see if that wakes the electrons up?
On my Rushmore SGS I used a different aftermarket wiring and amp set up for my rear channel and my rear speakers worked immediately. Just no fade.
I think the gang that stays all OEM r the ones that need to completely open that rear channel.
Try that reset and of course double check the connections and if that does not work I think the flash is ur only way out.

it depends on how you have it wired, you can use a 2 channel in to the amp and the amp will send out a 4 channel signal but no fader as Tailwind states (depending on the amp).
for OEM, stock Ultra flash (0 amp 4 speakers) will do the trick and unlock the rear channel on a RG/RGS/SG/SGS also giving you fader control
