Speaker selection is very challenging indeed bro! Very very subjective.

I would not put the 602 or the 6.2 on my sled but many folks do and dig them. Many cannot stand them as well.

Find what ur own ears like bro as it will be well worth the due diligence u invest in the process.

There doesn't seem to be a way to find out what my ears like without the spending and the installing... and then the removing. lol

Roll on down to a bike night, to a HD Hog gathering, a Biker burger joint, a rally, etc and walk around and shake a few hands. As a last resort u could even hit up a few local audio shops and listen to their demo displays.

Of course u could meet my local pals up at Yankees for a burger and probably hear about 30 different speaks in no time at all.

I have the Arc Moto 602's in my fairing, take a listen to my soundclip in my signature,, I move the phone around and you'll get the effect of the Arc's I think.

I liked the 602's in my Street Glide. I'm just gonna go with them. Tailwind, I appreciate what you're saying. I just don't walk up to folks and start asking questions about their bikes and stuff. Just not my style. Most of the folks I ride with don't really care about the audio system too much, so mine was always the one that had all the **** on it. lol I'll just run with 602's for now until I get the bug to do some more.

I have the Hertz HCX 165s but based on those the sq of Hertz is excellent. The problem is as others have said, speakers are very subjective. Everyone seems to hear something different.
To the op of this thread, I am a newbie on this forum and have had my SGS for just under 2 years. I am on my 3rd amp and 4th set of speakers so seems it's a never-ending quest for the perfect system. SF
