After you put 1.19.0 in don't forget to do the Calibration Reset. It makes a worldof difference..

I am running 1.9.2 with awesome results as every time I try 1.9.0 the radio volume surges like hell. I have tried the Rushmore radio reset many times as well.

Software version works best with a stock flash. Has the HU been flashed by the dealer?

Are you using the Biketronics Line Leveler or something else?

When you adjusted the LL the first time did you use a DMM or by ear?
Did you adjust the HPF?

I did it by ear. I didn't touch the HPF.

Good. Leave the HPF as is. After tuning with the LL's the gains should be close to the 12:00 as shown below. If you want to check the voltage at the speaker outputs on the amp with a DMM they should be 24.50 VAC with a 1000Hz 0dB test tone volume 15. Fade set to middle along with bass and treble as shown below.
