I see. What I did on my setup to get at 250 watt range was set gain to 30.5 with the 1k tone bike off. Then turned bike on with test leades to meter leads and watched while I revved bike. Never deviated beyond .1vac. I am using a Fluke 115 so that meter is good enough to keep up. Then was checking sine wave with same result. Jim The line levelers put out 1.8vac iirc and you will have to turn the gains at least half way or so. With the few recent threads 17 was magic number on rushmore head unit and once you get back to default on the line levelers you need to set the gain with a meter and mark that point and fine tune by ear from there knowing not to exceed that mark.
