Default scosche HDSWC1

Hi looking to by a sony HU kit and comes the scosche HDSWC1 module for hand controls they say plug an play can anyone give me some feed back on these.There is another package with same HU that comes with a different handle bar interface PAC SWI-HD Not sure what the difference is i have been reading on PAC that you have to cut a pink strip wire and on the scosche it dosent mention cutting any wire.Thx

see sticky ASWC-1. support on this one here is better than Scosche... just saying (total cost should not exceed 80 bucks). HU - pick anything you like, better to have 4V pre-outs, but 2V will work (you did not provide any details on potential Amp etc).
Running speakers from HU will NOT cut it. again. just saying
