After much research and debate I think I know what route I will take.

Amp: Power Acoustic RZ4.2000

Speakers: (4) BT Titan II 7.1 front and 6.5" rear or Hertz HCX 6.5" front/rear
Which setup sould I get BT or Hertz?
Do I need to buy new speaker grills with Hertz?

Adapters: Metra 82-9601 for Hertz, Titan II come with adapters.

Amp Kit: 4 or 8 awg wire kit for amp

Poly Fill

Is the boom bass port worth doing? If so I will do my own version with pvc and stuff for much cheaper.

Thanks to everyone and the knowledge they gave. I decided to keep the factory HU for now.

Do your self a favor and go with the Soundstream pn4 1000d or the RZ4 3000
They are only a few dollars more and more power to push the speakers you have in thought.
Of you are going to use HERTZ get in touch with forum member LL247.

I read the ss pn4.1000 is a very tight fit and I would guess the rz4 3000 is also. How much fabricating would I need to do for them. I think I am also going to do an aftermarket HU now after more reading. Is it a bad idea doing the Hertz? I will send him a message, I was leaning more to the BT because of the warranty anyways.

do a search on the forum... PLENTY of info on "tightness" and what to fabricate.

as BabyBoy said - go with PN 4.1000 or Rz4.3000 (same amp)
4 AWG powerline is OVERKILL (good 10AWG is plenty; equals 8AWG on the cheaper sets).

cannot speak for Hertz or Titans choice.
boom bass port???? don't know anything about that... guess I got to read up

Thank you for having me contact LL247. He is going to help me straighten out my system some. I hope to have it all figured out and order by this weekend. Everyone who chimed in on this are great and I will follow up with what I decide based on LL247 input. Pictures to follow in the near future.

Kappa's are 2ohm, and that the PN4.1000D puts out 250w at 2ohm.

Wouldn't he end up blowing the speakers? I've always been told to stick with the recommended RMS from audio shops. Which is 75w for the 62.11i.

I am looking at the Clarion Mobile Electronics XC1410 D-Class 4-Channel Amplifier. It's $87 on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...=ATVPDKIKX0DER) and puts out 75w for 4 speakers.

Edit: Just seen you decided to go with Hertz or BT Titan. What is your price range now? Because Hertz are easily $250 for a set.

I have talked to one of the forum members who is a sponser and we have come to a decent system. I have increased my amount to around $1200. I didn't want to regret not getting the best I could for a difference of $400. It also didn't hurt my wife gave me the green light for the new $. I have a great wife and she wants me to be happy with what I get and not have to redo it in a few months. When I get the final $ and items I will share everything and pictures.....stay tune for updates to come.
