Ok so when I get home I'm gonna start over, couple of questions?

Bike on or off?
And should I use the fader on the HU to single out the front and rear?

Ive used the fader as well as just unplugged the rcas at the amp. I do it with the bike off. I think since you have the aftermarket radio there is not a big change if at all, when the bike is on/off

And should I use the fader on the HU to single out the front and rear? You can do it either way with the fader, or set front with gains on rear all the way down, remember where it was at max performance, turn it down and do the same for the rear, in whatever order you choose.

Hope this helps

We will see what others think, but I learned a while back to do it running so you match voltage tuning it to the voltage when its running-riding?

here you go Yank :-)
there are the responses.
ok - BIKE MUST BE RUNNING!!!!!!! Period. trust me. running means higher imput voltage to amp... I found out during bench tests. when running I had to back off the gains a tad after setting them up on the verge of distorting with bike NOT running... Rev a couple of times once you think you got the max out of the amp (by ear?).
also there is no need to go all the way to the max volume for the HU... if you know 35 is the max. you know
