You'll have to run the fairing and lowers in parallel. Other than that you should be good. PN4.1000 should make that setup scream.

mounting a Soundstream PN4.1000D
I currently have an RF PBR300x2 with Infinity Kappa speakers in the fairing of my 2014 SGS. I am looking for a more sound and volume so I ordered a Soundstream PN4.1000D and a pair of Hertz HCX65's. I used a mounting plate for the RF that I found on EBay but looking for the best way to mount the Soundstream. What is everyone doing as far as mounting the SS as it is a bit larger than the PBR300? BTW, I already know that I am going to be giving up FM reception but I use a USB drive mostly anyway.

The other is to use the J&M amp mounting kit. Take a look at post #12 in this thread. Scott14SG did the install in this thread.
Loosing FM in the Rushmore models is rare.
