You will want to leave the stock flash, and use software update 1.19.0 along with the Biketronics Line Levelers. Both the Moto 600.4 and the BT4180 are very good amps which will give you a wide verity of speakers to choose from. I would go with the Focals in the fairing with the BT speaker brackets. You want the best sounding speaker within your budget in front of you. If you want a drop-in pair of speakers for the rear Tourpak pods go with the Polk mm651. To put better speaker in the pods you will need adapters. Then you can add Focals, Moto 602's, Hertz to mention a few.
