Keep the *** dropped with air ride and no one will see the rear. Lol. No need to cut the neck for a 23" to fit. Def dont drop it 2" lots of stories of fenders smacking fairings. 23" on a rg w/ stock lookin fender, pure sex! U have alot of fairing up front and it will make the 21" with a low pro fender look small. Do it once, do it right!
