My amp has a built in line leveler. Can I just splice the wires and put the ones running to the speakers to the outputs and then hook the ones coming from the HU to the inputs on the amp?

I am not familiar with the Powerbass amp. But what I do know is if you in fact have a Rushmore model touring bike and the stock radio you will need a BT Line Leveler to get a quality signal out of the radio. If you don't want to use a BT Line Leveler or a Line Out Converter then you can connect it as you suggest above. What speakers are you using? Let us know how it sounds.
It has Powerbass 6 1/2".....yes I was referring to the wiring that comes with the amp. As far as a Rushmore bike...I dunno. It just has a stock 4.3 head unit, no CB, no nav, no intercom
