My main issue is that to upgrade the 4.3 unit to 6.5 in Australia is a $3000 plus job. I dont see the 6.5 as that good to spring that much cash for the upgrade.

K so i got a little gap to fill but I to went with a single after finding out i could not add the HD unit on my 14. That is add it the way i wanted it.
Side note gap not really that noticeable it's the angle of the pic.

Dude, that gap from the pic looks horrible. Get a bt branket and be done with it.

Adding a set of low level outputs to a head unit is easy if you know what you are doing. By passing the factory EQ settings is something totally different. I wish I know how to do it.

That is hooked to my siren to play short sound clips using my phone. My bike is a FLHTP work in progress.
