Default New Speakers Old Bike

Hey guys quick question I have a '10 CVO StreetGlide and I want to install the Iron Cross iPod interface. My HU and speakers are stock. I wouldn't mind upgrading my speakers but I really don't want to get an amp because I don't want to run my iPod out of a saddle bag. Getting to my question would there be any improvement in speaker sound from just upgrading the speakers w/o adding an amp?

Thanks

Don't think you'll see much change from just speakers. Where do you run your ipod from now? There's plenty of room inside the fairing for an amp and ipod if that's where you have it.

Currently I just run the iPod through the headphone jack into the radio. I am going to order the IC interface and install it in the next few days. When I spoke to the guys at HD they said there is only room for the amp or the iPod in the fairing. Of course that was in regards to their equipment which I can't afford.

Plenty room! You can throw this amp in there and a set of Infinity 62.11i speakers and your sound will improve 300% $250 max.
