I have tried my alpine bt149 and just can not get EQ settings to my likening.
So want to try another head unit.
Narrowed down to this pioneer or the Kenwood x998 afraid the Kenwood with just as many eq options is going to threw me off again. What you guys think ? And yes audio challenged .

 

I'm using pioneer mvh-x560bt very happy with it and use friendly as for eq settings. This is only a media player no cd option. I just use a thumb drive hidden behind right side cover. Also half the cost! ��

 

Guessing you folks are tired of my constant wining about not being able to tune .kids birthday soon she wants new deck so iam going to try the pioneer then decide which i like better she will be happy with either iam sure

 

It's just not a common radio being used around here. The Pioneer 80PRS rules the car audio circles as one of the best HU's. AAWAV tried it and didn't like it so I never looked into them.

My thinking is dual usb rear ports so can load one with country one with rock tune accordingly and way simpler eq that maybe this would end my frustration.
