Default J&M Rokker vs Biketronics for 2014-2016 ultra

I have just ordered the jm Rokker 500w 4 speaker xx extreme kit(fairing and tour pack pods) for my 2015 ultra. Whole thing cost $1250 shipped. I don't know much about the BT kits for the Rushmore ultras. While I still have an option to cancel my order, anyone want to talk me out of it? Not looking to spend any more then the $1250. Now I'm thinking about BT, don't know much about them but hear great things. Another question l, at highway speeds, when I fade to only rear speakers with a he stock setup, I hear nothing, my wife hears very little, will a better system make the rear noticeable? Are rear tour pack speakers even worth it? Thanks for any advice.

Cancel your order now, and make a better informed purchase.

My honest opinion is that if you let this thread play out you will get some great recommendations for a 1250.00 system. Yes, BT's products are fantastic.

Personal opinion, I would never run J&M on my bike.

BT has lifetime warranty. I've owned both. Pulled JM out after a few months and will never go in my bike again. Have had BT in 2 bikes for a reason. Do yourself a favor and research while you can still cancel.

I've had both systems as well. You want the BT system.

Thanks, order on hold. Reason I like the jm setup.
Plug and play
No flash
Pre tuned amp
Pre designed as a 4 speaker system fairing and TP pods.

Things not options for me
Opposit of above pros
Can't sacrifice any storage, not even in my front cubby holes(reason I didn't go limited)

I chose BT based on the information from the good people on this forum, and of course through my own research. All i can say about the company you chose, is the things i hear are not favorable

Your brothas here will make certain you get the absolute best product for the buck and all within your parameters. Start with the BT 4180 amp as a core focus then patiently dial in the speakers that will meet your listening desires, as the speaker in your price wheelhouse, which is a very good wheelhouse, can deliver a fairly wide range of sound.

I had the JM system in for 2 months and now running BT amp with non BT speakers.

Thanks all, what turned you off about the JM setup?

I just got off the phone with BT. They recommended the 4180 amp, 7.1 non pro speakers for the front, Alpine spr60 6.5 speakers and a metric terminal adapter for the rear, and a break out harness.

Will I need an adaptor or spacer for the rear?

I have read the thread on the line levelers(included with the amp I think). It all seams a little complicated to be honest. Will I have to tune this myself? My bike has the no amps, 4 speaker(front fairing, rear pods on) flash.
