I wish you lived closer, I would really like to hear a side by side comparison. After sealing the boxes with silicone and adding polyfill mine sounds better than ever. I am pretty happy with the results and glad I went with your suggestion to mount inside the boxes. No worries about rubbing at all.
Now you just need to get the BT BRACKETS. LOL

what are amp settings with the kappas and the prb? i have a set of kappas i did not install yet and was going to mount them internally like you did , did you need any extra hardware? . right now i am using the pbr and boom speakers sounds good and loud but i think the kappas would be better and louder
thanks in advance

I don't remember exactly what the settings are but the gain was like mid-way, 5 or 6. The rest are pretty standard, not much to adjust. As far as additional hardware, I think I used the screws that came with the Kappa's. Sounds is good but I am sure there could be more done to make my setup work better. Eventually I am going to take the throttle side pod back off and modify for the speaker to fit better. It needs to be cut in a few places otherwise you have air gaps. I would also like to cut air holes in the pots but not sure about that one yet. It could make it worse and there isn't a good way to fix that.
