What's helpful to others goes beyond a list of components, but really the focus should be on the details he used to tune the system, BBoys labor that went into modding his amp tray, modifying the speaker brackets, etc. Half empty post like this confuse more than help sometimes.

If it wasn't for me stumbling on to the forum I would still be stuck in stock mode or even worse I would Probly drank the tainted coolaid and had something I wasn't happy with.
I have spent numerous hours reading and researching components. After talking to a few of the gurus ( haze and gannicus along with others) on this forum this was the out come that was suggested to me for the budget I was working with.
Components
Stock head unit 6.5 gt
Soundstream PN4 1000D
Infinity Kappa 62.11i x4
Tru connect line levelers
Modified Stock amp bracket to aquire amp
Modified front speaker pods with reinforcing brackets

Yeah, I've heard Baby b's system in person and it sure doesn't sound like any "stock" system I've ever heard!! When he pulled out of Leo's (bar) cranking that thing it definitely was one of the LOUDEST systems I've ever heard (except for some
SPL show bikes)!! Point is you can have a kick azz system for $400 bucks!!
