Do the grills install on top of the stock mesh or on top of the biketronics mesh or neither?

 

neither,take old speaker grill completely out screw these in, but i used BT Brackets so there is a half inch gap,not sure if they work with pods,

 

So can I have a pic of them done? Really dig the biketronics pod eliminator! I think I will recommend them for all my customers to use to install grills. Thanx Bob!

 

No need to wait. You will find several pics in this thread. The BT brackets allow the speakers to breath and in doing so greatly improve sound quality. They are pre-drilled for the BT 7.1's speaker and standard 6.5 speakers. The brackets are not listed on there website but if you give Biketronics so give them a call and they will hook you up. BT also give forum members a 10% discount.
