Actually looking for specific amp settings too, but u bring up a great point.
My plan is to use the rear channel LL thus when I Y off the LL I will essentially now have 4 RCAs that need to be plugged into two amps. I get that two of them (red and white) will go back into the rear channel on the BT4180 but I have 4 RCA input holes in the new amp. How the hell do I make that work with only 2 RCAs?

You'll need this with any 4-channel you get. Wait, did you already get this one? I thought you were gonna give me the dimensions first trigger puller! If you did, gimme a shout when you go install it. Setting gains is easy-peezy bro.

Are you using all 4 channels of the 4180? If so, you would need 2 sets going to it. If you are using two channels from from the 4180 you might get by like that. I don't have any experience with that amp.
And how many amps are you running? And what speakers are going to what amps? Might help.
And no idea if they make a single male to three female rca adapter. That sounds like what you would need. I'm sure the more experienced guys will chime in on this.

It would be damn nice if I could find a 1 to 3 RCA then I'm done in one pass.
