Did you have to make the metal peice to the left of the speaker? The bigger one by the radio. I can't remember what it looks like with the pod out.

Nice job by the way.

That's awesome!!! hahahaha

I did that before, had a townhouse with no garage. Pulled my Road King in the front door, parked in the dining room. I say this, your bike is family...it's allowed to be inside!

I was going to chime in on the audio question, but everyone has given good advice that I agree with. The Arc is a good amp, the 4180 is an awesome amp if you can pony up for it (the current sale is a damn good one too). Ditch the pods!

If you keep the pods, just screw the Focals to the outside of the pods and put the crossovers in the pods. No spacer. If you keep the pods, you might drill about a half a dozen random holes in the plastic to let the speaker breathe a little bit.

If you get the brackets, the speaks just screw to the predrilled holes. Get some 1/2 or 3/4 inch backer rod from Home Depot for a couple of bucks and put this in the gap between the mount / speaker and the inner fairing.

Either way you will need new speaker grills. The HD ones are nice but pricey. I might have an extra set in the garage. Also some of your audio brothers can probably steer you to the best value for grills.

If you use the BT speaker brackets, the stock grills will work.
