Default '15 Boom 6.5 Infotainment - GPS Question

Does anyone know how to clear out custom POIs from the GPS in the Boom 6.5 system?

When I first got the bike, I was learning the system and loaded a gpx file in with a bunch of POIs. I really do not need these POIs but have another file I want to load. The problem is, the existing file fills the system capacity and I cannot load the new file.

I can't figure out how to clear the old list out. The manual only tells you how to load, not unload.

Hey David, you will probably get a better response posting Navigation questions to the Rushmore forum. Not much Nav talk going on here.

If you have used all the memory and can not delete the individual POI then you will have to do a factory reset. I have had to do it a few times for the same reason. When I first started loading routes with to many waypoints.

Thanks. I was about to try a factory reset, but I'll try Rushmore Forum first.
