Yes, very similar sound. Loud, bright, not prestine sound quality but they pack some really good bass for a 6X9. I like'em.

you could add quick connects and a amp in the TP so when you put it on you just plug and play. I have that set up for my bags so they run separate from the fairing.

That would work. Im trying to keep cost down though. Just did cams and exhaust. Buying HT lids, 6x9s, quick detach setup and sissy bar. Thats about all my winter mod budget can handle.

I like the sound quality of the Kicker KSC6934, but they aren't as loud and the kappas have a bit more bass.

ok. i like loud, and from what Ive read the Kappa 693.11s have pretty good bass. Ill go with them.
