Audio Control LC2i
2014 Electra Glide:
I've been back and forth with the radio flash over the last year and a half. Several combinations of line levelers, input and gain settings, X-over settings, passive capacitors, etc. I'm in the process of trying out new speakers and finally decided the source signal was still a huge part of my problem, not just swapping in speakers until I found something that sounds right. Sure, I can get it loud, but there were just so many funky things the Boom 6.5 system does with the EQ curve at different user volume levels, bike running or not, and AVC.
Yesterday I flashed my radio back to flat EQ and installed an LC2i. It is a really tight shoehorn, and I may eventually have to move it to a different location, these comments are based on the sound not the install. I am very pleased so far. As a line leveler, it is a very good signal, especially by motorcycle standards. The LC2i Accubass threshold controls really helped me tune the system, and I can easily match the input to future amps/speakers.
Since I lost fader control with the flash (but did retain tone controls), I'm now running everything off the front two speaker leads running an rca cable to the back of the bike for my rear amp and future expansion. The LC2i is capable of 13v at full gain, I'm currently only running about 5v, but plenty of juice for multi amp setups.
Pretty happy with my garage tune so far. Haven't got it on the road yet, but can already hear a pretty good difference in SQ. So far two thumbs up. Also of note, it's an American made product.

Just a FYI:
If you want 4 channels and fader you need to have it flashed for 4 speakers no amp.
2 speakers upper fairing NO amp
2 speakers rear pod No amp
And that LC2i Accubass looks very interesting.
Thanks for posting this info!
Input For Optional Remote Level Control
Very cool feature!
