In Bills testing the polyfill didn't make much of a difference. If you do use it, don't let it touch the speakers. I found it should very good without it.

Send up some pics before you the fairing back on.

You don't by chance have a pic of the plugs? When I purchased the BT4180 amp it was bare. This is what I got. because I had everything else. The kit is obviously different.

No sorry, I was in too much of a big *** hurry to put it in. However, everything that is under my fairing is plastic plug and play connectors. The only metal contact was the power terminal and the stock speaker wire terminals that attached to the BT speaker tabs. So yes, my set up is different from yours.

Just got off the phone with Bill. Everything seems good. No need for the stock speaker harnesses. The screws I was asking for were related to the Pro's. I guess I'm good to go. I'll take it out for a highway ride in the next few hours and report back. Just want to say thanks to all. You guys are amazing and thankfully, patient. I really do appreciate all the help! Oops, forgot about the polyfill. Should/shouldn't I?

What did you use to hook up the new front speakers at the speakers?

The terminals (left/right front) straight from the amp.

Did you use the standoffs that came with the speakers on the lower fairing? Step 5 in the speaker instructions.
