Dave, just drop in a pair of Alpine SPR 60's. that is the easiest part of the job. Ten minutes. You kinda smash/tweak the harley connectors a little, but nothing serious. They really sound good over the stock HD ones. I got mine here:

No, it is an extra $80 bucks. The BT 4180 comes with two BT-355 Line Levelers.

I was wondering what the breakout harness looked like. Do you have a pic of it by itself?

No, but it is about a foot long one end plugs into the HD head unit and the other plugs into the HD harness.

Yes, one is for the front and one is for the rear. No HD flash is required.
