That's good to know Paul.

What do you think of the XM sound quality compared to USB stick?

I have never really compared the two, however, I always think that the USB stick sounds better at least it is that way in my Ram truck.

Nice truck!

Ever sense I started using USB I can't stand the SQ on XM. Guess I'm getting spoiled.

I am getting an occasional weird sound from the right rear speaker. It sounds distorted at times when the bike is running. I cannot duplicate it with the bike shut off, and it is not a consistent weird sound when it is running any ideas?
Than in advance,
Paul

Start simple and check for any loose wires.

Ya, that may be the issue. The HD speaker connectors were bigger then the tabs on my rear speakers so I kinda just crushed them on with a pair of pliers. Hey it was late and I was in a hurry to hear the sounds.
Thanx,
Paul

Changed the connectors to the right size for the Alpine SPR60's rear speakers still have distortion issue. However, I did switch the speakers left to right and the distortion followed the speaker. Thought it had to be a speaker issue, but I installed a brand new one and still have the problem. I am waiting on a call from Bill at BT. the distortion sound is hard to reproduce so it may have been effecting both speakers from the get go.

Bummer. Did you check the RCA's and wiring under the fairing?
If you unplug the molex connectors look in side each of them and make sure all the pins line up and none are pushed back. You could do the same with the breakout harness.
