Default Aquatic AV 72W x 4 Bluetooth USB iPod MP3 AUX

Anyone running one of these? Thoughts?
Eastern Performance is selling them for $399, normally retails for $550.

I just ordered one through my brother in law, should have it in a few days. That $399 price is really good, I'm getting it for a little less.
I like how the face comes off and you can stash your phone inside the unit
Just a heads up, they make 2 versions of that radio, one has a 3" color screen and a few more options that the other (and costs more) but both are direct plug and play units

I was thinking about pulling out my Sony 310 and retro radio and pop one in. I would retain my Biketronics amp and speakers. Id love to hear some first hand reports.

Let me know what you think on it. I'm pondering between this and a Sony for my SG.

Ok, just picked up the AV Aquatic Bluetooth radio, the higher priced one with the color screen, and installed it last night. Got a smokin deal thru my bro in law, paid $340 otd.
Install was straight forward and other than having to find which wires went to the rear speakers was truly plug n play.
I also replaced all 4 HD speakers with 4 Kicker speakers I bought on sale for $100 bucks.
All in all I am very pleased and everything works on the handlebar controls except for the auto volume control which I could give 2 ***** about.
You do lose the clock on the radio but a clock appears on the odometer screen so that's cool.
If you're on the fence about buying one of these, don't hesitate, they're pretty damn nice. Plus they're waterproof along with having several choices on how to play your tunes. Bluetooth, thru USB, or via flash drive. My iPhone 6 fits inside for charging or storage.

I installed one last year. Sounds ok, but still going to add an amp. Like the color screen...when you can see it. It's very light sensitive, at least on a Roadglide. Not sure about a Streetglide.

I do like that my IPod can connect through the charger. If you have Bluetooth, the cover art shows up on the color screen. If no Bluetooth then just song info, no cover art.

Overall, I'm happy with the radio, will be even better with an amp.
