By the way
Haze when we spoke back in October you said you was putting something dangerous together. What did you end up doing? I know you had tested out the Micro 2. Did you ever get the 4v2 or no?

Ha! I've had three set-ups since October ---- hoping to wrap it up this week. If all goes as I hope, I'll post a vid this week.

I never tested the Micro4. Grabbed a Moto 600.4 but ended up selling it. It was loud as hell but not that "warm" of an amp. Clarity and Loudness were awesome but I was looking for something that would hit a little harder. For the 14's I believe the regular XDi 600.4 fits in the amp tray and it's less expensive. That might be an option for you. It's louder than the Micro2.

LOL! Cool! Ok so the first three set ups were experiments I suppose? I really don't want to change the JL XD400/4v2. I'll just bridge it like I said before when I pick up the brackets and speakers from BT. The XDi is a nice amp but don't know if I want to spend 500 plus bills right now on yet another amp. Just got rid a three amps that were barely used, LOL!!! But when you get a chance test out the Micro 4. Love the 2 that I have on the SG.

I initially ordered the Biketronics PRO speakers with the brackets and wasn't a fan of the sound so I returned the speakers and kept (bought) the brackets which I in turn mounted a set of Focal K2 Power 165 KRC speakers - love the sound of these speakers but as others stated, the Biketronics brackets are the greatest as is their customer service

So you were able to get the KRC's to work with the brackets? I thought they were for a 7" speaker?

If youre going to run the pros you may as well get the 4180 as well, trust me, I tried several amps before I decided to get it, now my pros are happy, and so are my BT 6x9s. It's loud as ****. I'm just half deaf, so I want it louder lol.
