2014 rear channel stopped working

2014 rear channel stopped working
so recently got radio flashed about 3 months ago to be exact using what i showed the dealer biketronics #2 setup. but i lost my control of the rear fader no biggie cause all 4 speakers work(fairing and saddlebag), now i upgrade to the newest software and loose my rear channel, do i need the radio refreshed?? cause i have no output to the rear channels at all
