Default Rushmore Ultra

Ok, a friend from work LOVES my sound system,, and he's interested in the BT because of lifetime warranty and ease of install, (Levelers now, plus, mine sold him on it,, LOL)
Since he has a Batwing, I know he can do the 7.1 Pro's, what is the best speaker for the tour pack pods in most of your opinions? I presume he'll do the BT 4180 amp.

BT recommends the Alpine Type R's.....or changing out the entire pod for their package pod.

Thanks Gann, I'll let him know. What's the difference in the package pod? Accepts larger speakers? Or what...

Yes Sir... It has the 7.1's in the pods. Here's a link:

Awesome sound in that location. Only thing is if he has a newer bike they won't fit. I forgot to ask what year bike he had.

I think it's a 14 Gann,, Rushmore Ultra in title of thread sir!

He's an instructor at FTD here on base, Retired AF and teaches the kids how to be "Knuckle Draggers",, er... Crew Chiefs,, (Friendly joke amongst maintainers)
I see him a few times a week usually,, when the students are launching jets on the line. I'll pass on the info!

I can relate to the "40" years ago, funny thing... rode onto the base yesterday, and Pink Floyd "Shine on you Crazy Diamond" was playing,, fairly loudly. The Guitar part, where it's got some great solo playing,, was going off crystal clear, some airmen commented on it,, "You like Pink Floyd, Mr *****" I was like HELL YA I like Pink Floyd,,,,
There next comment was,, you like loud music?
I'm like,, yea, if it's clear,, I LOVE loud music,,,,
How old are you again sir? Proudly I stated, I'll be 59 in 10 days....
All I got from them then was,, COOL!
